iOS 10 Multitasking

When it introduced the first iPad experience was like using a giant iPhone, then Apple did not bring him out to have a larger screen. But over the years and new versions of iOS, Apple included improvements in the use iPad to differentiate the iPhone. One of these improvements is multitasking, which has come up with iOS 9 to a high level.

iOS 9 was a breath of fresh air for the iPad

When using an iPad Air 2 or iPad pro with iOS 9 we see the great improvement that Apple has done. With the inclusion of Slide Over, Split View and Picture in Picture fully leverage multitasking on the iPad. All this is a great step forward, but hopefully with the presentation of Apple iOS 10 continue to improve these functions that become so important in the iPad to get to the Post-PC era that both advertised. So what we ask in the iOS 10 iPad?

  • That Split Over View and Slide are made compatible with all apps available, because right now only a limited number of applications can use this mode.
  • I drag power content between the two open applications.
  • Over activate Slide from the left.
  • Exchanged quickly between the application of the left and right.
  • To use Split View vertically.
  • To use the split window with a single application, such as Safari have two windows open.

iOS 10 will be a breakthrough

All these improvements and more are ideas of what Apple could get to multitasking, but as always we did not know that they will present in iOS 10. Perhaps surprise us with something even more advanced, such as the iPad empezase to have an OS own ( "iPadOS"), as has the Watch with "watchOS" and Apple TV with "TVOS".
